I am back again with another product.This time round it is from Forest Essentials.
The main reason I chose Forest Essentials was because it is totally chemical free.Yes that is right..You heard it right : "CHEMICAL FREE PRODUCT".Sometime which I have been on the outlook for the past few years of my life & only in 2012 did I manage to find out about this..I was very delighted to hear about chemical free products as the ones that I tried previously gave a bad reaction to my face.Imagine the face been loaded with marks or reacting badly whenever you used the product..Really glad I managed to find these & one other brand of using natural ingredients..
Now back to the topic of lip balm..It claims to do the following : " Forest Essential Lip Balm (Sweet Narangi Juice) is uniquely designed to replenish and soften dry, chapped lips. Enriched with goodness of Natural Butters and Beeswax this balm gently heals and hydrate the lips. Free from synthetic chemicals and petroleum products this Lip Balm contains Lime Oil and Almond oil to protect your lips. Due to its extraordinary moisturizing and hydrating properties it seals in moisture and soothes dry lips leaving them soft and glossy."
Another solution for dry lipped people is that use 1/2 tsp of olive oil plus 1/2 tsp of sugar,mix them together.Kindly don't exfoliate daily as it will damage your lip skin and only do it once or twice a week.

One reason why I chose this is because I am a Malayalee girl living in Singapore and wanted to see how this was connected to Kerala.
I opened the lip balm and applied to my lips..While applying it onto my lips,I could taste the lemon in it(Yummy I say)..It took around few seconds for it to settle into my lips and it was not at all shiny so people won't know that I am using lip balm.It also does the work of healing my really dry lips..I ll take a before & after photo later on and show it to you all on my next post(forgot to do it)..As for the duration of how long it last,for me it lasted only 3hrs..Just wished it lasted longer as I am working in an air conditioned office and my lips tend to dry quite often.

- Wish it was less expensive
